Terms and Conditions
When a booking request is made for our holiday aparments, a 100 GBP deposit
cheque is required to book/reserve the apartment. The deposit cheque must
be received within 7 days of the booking request. If payment is not received
within 7 days the reservation will be cancelled. A 100 GBP damages deposit
cheque is also required at the time of booking post dated to the date of
your departure.
This cheque will not be cashed but returned to you after you vacate subject
to a satisfactory inspection of the apartment.
The outstanding balance is due 6 weeks before your arrival at which point
all directions, key codes and emergency contact numbers will be sent to
you.
