About the Apartments
LOUNGE
The air conditioned open plan lounge has a marble floor, comfortable double sofa and matching armchair, Satellite TV with English speaking channels and a DVD player, glass top dining table and four chairs, wall mirror, side tables, lamp stand, wall pictures and large patios doors leading to the terrace/balcony.
KITCHEN:
The open plan kitchen has a marble floor, granite worktops, quality fridge/freezer, oven and hob, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, iron and ironing board. Plus all the crockery, cutlery, glasses and cooking utensils.
TERRACE/BALCONY
The large terrace/balcony has an unusual degree of privacy in that it is not overlooked from above or from the side. It benefits from a sunny aspect providing stunning unobstructed views of the sea, coastline, mountains and beautiful surrounding area. A table, four chairs, sun loungers & parasol are all provided for your total relaxation, alfresco dining and sunbathing. Patio doors lead onto the balcony/terrace from both the bedroom and lounge.
BEDROOM
The marble floor bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables and lamps, a
wall mirror, fitted wardrobes and en-suite bathroom.
It benefits from air conditioning and large patio doors onto the terrace/balcony.

POOL
The shared pool is surrounded by a terrace area for relaxing and sunbathing. It is provided with outside shower facilities and indoor changing, shower and toilet.
OUTSIDE:
The holiday apartments are on the small development of Park View Gardens. The area to the side of the apartments which overlooks the pool has been landscaped turning it into an attractive feature.
Our two identical adjoining penthouse holiday apartments are a 10 minute stroll away from the delightful village of Peyia (sometimes locally spelt as Pegeia) which offers many local amenities, such as supermarkets stocking a great range of products including local fresh produce and home brands, also tavernas, restaurants, a cash machine, pharmacy, bakery/cake shop. You will also find a ladies hairdresser, a barber shop and an internet cafe.
Situated a few minutes drive away is the beach resort area of Coral Bay, which offers a wide selection of exclusive bars and restaurants and a beautiful golden sandy beach where you can witness the most amazing sunsets. About 15 minutes drive away is the town of Paphos with its historic harbour and 45 minutes away is Paphos airport.
There is easy access to Tsada golf course and two more courses are only
a 25 minute drive away.
A 25 minute drive takes you to the Akamas Peninsula National Park, which
is an area of outstanding natural beauty with deep gorges, a wild landscape
and wide sandy bays.
Car hire is recommended to get the most from a holiday in Peyia although we can offer a meet and greet service, provided by our English management, who can collect you from the airport and take you directly to the holiday apartment. This service is subject to availability. Prices and availability are on request.
NOTES ON THE ACCOMODATION:
The holiday apartments are accessed from the private parking area where an allocated parking space is provided.
Just a few steps lead up to the apartments.
Towels including pool towels and bedding are provided. A cot and highchair
can be provided at additional cost. Please enquire.
We have provided a selection of books, CD’s and DVD’s for your enjoyment.
You will also find a folder containing information on local activities and
attractions, recommended restaurants and maps of the area etc.
Our English management will always be on hand should you encounter any unexpected problems with the apartment.
